Terms and Conditions


Shipping    Some combinations of heavy and bulky labware may cost DOUBLE the calculated rates for 2ND DAY or NEXT DAY delivery. This is because of the extra packaging required to ship fragile and bulky items. We will confirm shipping costs before processing your order.

Returns    You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. We will refund domestic shipping charges by UPS Ground only. Buyer pays return freight. Returned items must be in unused condition, and in the original box. Please contact us before making a return.

Laboratory Glassware    Is non-refundable. This is because of the risk of cross-contamination from used glassware.

International Orders     Please specify UPS Standard Canada, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited. Sorry, international shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to credit card fraud, payment for international orders is by wire transfer only. Please contact us for instructions.

Damaged Goods and Returns    A very small percentage of our shipments are damaged in shipping. If your shipment appears damaged please get an inspection report from the driver and contact us promptly so we can file a damage claim with UPS and replace your damaged items. You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a refund on the item, plus regular shipping charges. Buyer pays the return freight. Returned items must be in good, unused condition, and in the original box.  Please contact us before making a return.

How to Order   You may order online using your credit card for immediate shipment.   We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Schools, institutions and business may use purchase orders, terms are net 30 days from the date for your invoice.  Please contact us to set up and account.

Special Orders    Special orders are welcome. Our standard policy on special order items is a 30% non-refundable deposit.
