Yes, we will gladly ship to our international customers.
- Please place your order online and include your postal code. Occasionally shipping charges are higher than those quoted in the shopping card, we will contact you for your confirmation before shipping. Your card will not be charged until we receive your confirmation to ship.
- You will notice postal rates are lowest for USPS. We ship most international orders by USPS. Postal shipping rates are generally reasonable and service is fast and reliable. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date with USPS. If you must have a guaranteed delivery date you must use UPS. Please be aware that this service is expensive, rates are generally 4x more than USPS.
- Extra fees and tariffs may be charged by your country's custom agency. We do not control these fees, and each country may be different. We recommend you check on customs fees in your country before placing and order. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please check your countries import. It is a huge disappointment to order a product only to find your country will not allow you to receive it! Mountain Home Biological has no control over custom regulations of foreign countries; we will not refund shipping costs if your shipment is rejected. So please, check the regulations of your particular country before you order.
- In the event of damaged or defective products we reserve the right to issue a refund in place of a re-shipment, if that re-shipment proves to be cost-prohibitive.
- Again, shipping charges are non-refundable. Please consider this carefully before you order.
